What is farm to table? We take this idea and turn it on it’s head, meaning, we simply cannot survive and open year round while only serving locally grown foods. So, instead, we prefer to say we’re pro small, family business. Not only using locally sourced foods, we use local, family businesses such as Payroll Express from Somerset, Guaranteed Fresh Produce from Hyannis, and Thomsen Foodservice from East Providence; we also use small producers of wines and liquors such as Clambake Wines, Defiant Whisky, and Pacific Rum Bull Run Distillery, among many others.
We are proud to support local, small, and family businesses in order to build our family business. We are pleased that you have decided to dine with us and help us support the small, family business economy. We try our best to continue looking for and providing our customers with the finest local and small business driven foods and beverages. We, at the Black Bass, are a growing family and drive to provide our guests with the best of food, service, and beverage possible.
